i know its been awhile since i lasted updated this humble space of mine. so, i've decided to give everyone (wonder if there's anyone who's reading anyways...) an update on life for a bit.
its the holidays right now... my final one before i hide myself behind projects or FYP. thus, trying to make the most out of it, i try to make it worthwhile... and of course, it has proven to be!
why so? cos of a particular event called Seoul'd Out 2009 that happened on the 12th dec. yeah, so you guys may be aware of my love for K-pop so its no surprise to hear that i went for it, isn't it? hahaha... what can i say? K-pop rules my life (you'd know what i mean if you read the Sunday Times on the 13th dec. (; )
anyways, Seoul'd Out was AWESOMEE!!~~ totally worth the pricing although i had to endure standing for a few hours to see the awesome, wonderful acts. but heck, i don't care all that...
what matters was i enjoyed the whole show and enjoyed with the bunch of loveliess who were superb! my darlinggs, Sue, Faz and Ain, you guys were great and happening!~ILYG
okay, let's talk about the whole Seoul'd out weekend shall we? ehhehehhe.. so, the K-pop fun came in as early as the starting of the week when i received a call regarding an interview. was all eggcited for it and i just had to rope in my darlinggs to do the interview with me! thankfully they're an awesome bunch who agreed readily.. hehe! so, thursday was scheduled down for an interview and photo shoot at Etude House (hahahaha.. LMH! geee) around noon. unfortunately, Sue couldn't make it as she had sch so, i met up with the 2 darlinggs. it was fun and funny! cos we 3 were colour coordinated even when we didn't plan anything together and we were so hyper during the whole thing. we laughed, danced and even had to posed with LMH in front of the shop. at first, abit malu yeah.. but later on, who cares.. hahaha! so, that's how i ended up in the front page of lifestyle with my 2 other loveliess! LOL... the reported was impressed by our hyper selves and she was thankful that we weren't embarrassed or shy. hahaha..
but that didn't stop there... she conducted an interview with my other loveliess, Sue included at starbucks and later we girls, hanged around at my place till evening. Sue and i had our korean class so all of us left to do our own stuffs before meeting again at 8.30pm at T2 of changi airport. wondering why changi airport? ahhahaha... cos we were there to fetch or rather WELCOME the boys from Seoul. hehehehe... as expected, there were throngs of fans by the time we reached there. most of them were FTI fans. as for me, i was just eggcited to see all of them.hehehe..
friday...well, i was supposed to stay home but that didn't happen. instead, went out to meet Faz darlingg to accompany her see T-Max gracing the opening event of HMV @313. it was totally worth going cos we got wonderful fancams! hahaha.. and i swear, at that event itself, i started falling for T-Max. they're such a crowd pleaser.. i hope they'd come back for more things or have their own concert here! hmmm.. that will be awesome laaa..we then headed down to KTO trying our luck to see all the stars as they were holding the meet-and-greet session for winners. unfortunately, our stomach gave in to waiting for them, so we decided to forgo and headed for lunch. ahhahaha.. after which, we head home to catch MuBank at my place and then headed out again...
we're not the sort who chases or stalks these stars... we're more of those people who just tries and see if we're lucky. so, we hanged around marina square since their hotel was just marina madarin.. LOL but we wern't going to wait in front of the lobby.. instead we walked around and found ourselves towards flyer..and our HAN river. LOL
sat...the event day itself. met Sue and Faz at 11am.. had lunch and went to the concert venue.. although the concert started only in the evening, the queue formed was already long the moment we reached there...thank goodness, it wasn't so bad. once the event started, eevryone was on their feet pushing, trying to get a good view to see the stars.i was thankful that where i stood was a pretty good view.. no fancams, no photos as Faz and Sue were the photographer and videographer respectively. Faz's pictures were awesomeeee. HD clear!! LOL
performance wise, i enjoyed every performances. Mario really got the crowd moving... too bad he's pretty unknown except for his famous song from My Girl OST. and Lee Ji Soo... who would have thought he sang my favourite song out of My Girl OST. and he's only a year older..gee, amazing! as for T-Max, wow!! double wow!! they were awesomeee.. Min Chul was hyper and he really worked the crowd..Park Yun Hwa.. was pretty and good too! amazing vocals and cute!!Kim Jun..he sounds amazingly fierce when he raps.. i likeeee..hahaha
next was FTI... a slight heartbreak as they performed. it pains me to see them performing on that day. somehow, i felt that Hong Gi and SeungHyun weren't really enjoying themselves. it felt more like they were just being there for the sake of it. hmmm.. i could be wrong. and lastly, Brown Eyed Girls... the crowd were screaming for their attention!! especially fanboys!! LOL they were awesomee.. and hawwttt!! (:
sun.. their departures... honestly, i was super tired from all those that happened for the past 3 days that i didn't really want to send them off. but i thought that i'd feel incomplete for not saying goodbye to them so i went down to the airport..neither of us had a concrete details of their flight etc..so, we just went there to see if we weren't too late..just as i managed to meet up with Sue, we saw T-Max coming. they were heading for the check-in area. i managed to say bye to Min Chul and he replied back.. haha! thanks Min Chul oppa! (: however, i felt sad and bad for Faz, as she missed the chance and i knew how badly she wanted to see them and for breaking the news that T-Max left the moment she met up with us...urghhhh! then it was FTI... i wanted to wish Jaejin an early birthday so, Faz and i both wished him while he walked past us.. and he acknowledge it!!~~ hahahaha another one to add to the list of CHEEKS, LIPS and TOUCH!! i managed to fancam them and although i felt down for not able to say bye to Hong gi, but i was glad to hear that he was in a better mood that day! thank god!~
it was wonderful to see how much love these stars received and how they gave back the love to us through their awesome performances. it was definitely worth the whole experience. (: thank you for the wonderful memories to make my 2009 feel more complete.
